We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to support Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application Access Management, Risk, and Controls. The role involves delivering IAM services, supporting access governance and operations, and ensuring effective security processes and controls. The candidate will collaborate with business partners and IAM teams while managing stakeholders and addressing security-related issues.

Job Description

The role focuses on supporting the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including application access management, access reviews, change management, IAM operations, and application access tooling support. The analyst will work with business partners and global IAM teams to implement effective technology processes aligned with business objectives.

The position requires adherence to service and performance agreements while supporting security processes across IAM functions. The candidate will follow established procedures to identify and respond to security threats and incidents, escalating issues to subject matter experts based on severity and potential impact.

The role also involves performing activities that provide end-to-end assurance over security processes and controls, assessing operational approaches and tools, managing risks, and working with stakeholders to resolve problems and improve security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IAM and Application Access Management processes and services.
• Perform access reviews, IAM operations, change management, and application access tooling support.
• Collaborate with business partners and global IAM teams to deliver effective security processes.
• Deliver IAM services in accordance with Service Level and Performance Level Agreements.
• Identify and respond to security threats and incidents, escalating issues when required.
• Execute activities to provide assurance over security processes and controls.
• Manage stakeholders, support problem resolution, and assess operational processes and tools.
• Apply Risk and Control principles to identify and manage business risks.
