About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support high-quality technical execution for Salesforce initiatives within a global CRM Center of Excellence. The role is strongly hands-on, focusing on Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and solution implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The candidate will collaborate with project teams and global stakeholders while promoting standard Salesforce functionality and technical excellence.

Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions while supporting technical initiatives within a collaborative partnership environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

The position involves implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations, managing releases, and supporting Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban methodologies. The developer will also contribute to technical process improvement, platform maintenance, monitoring, and data management.

The role emphasizes using standard Salesforce functionality effectively before introducing custom solutions, while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.
