About the Role

We are seeking an OpenPages Engineer with hands-on experience in the IBM OpenPages GRC platform, along with strong Java/J2EE development skills. The role focuses on OpenPages configuration, workflows, triggers, JSP helpers, task views, application maintenance, and technical solution delivery within an Agile environment.

Job Description

The role involves configuring and enhancing IBM OpenPages components, including workflows, triggers, JSP helpers, task views, underlying objects, and data. The engineer will support application maintenance and work with project teams, application support, front-end users, and IBM Solution Architects to implement changes to the Model Risk Inventory system.

The candidate will translate requirements from user stories, use cases, and BRDs into technical solutions and collaborate with Product Owners and Solution/Platform Architects to define and implement required changes. The role also emphasizes automation, efficient development practices, and optimizing the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance IBM OpenPages workflows, triggers, JSP helpers, task views, objects, and data.
• Support IBM OpenPages GRC application maintenance and technical enhancements.
• Collaborate with project teams, application support, users, and IBM Solution Architects.
• Translate user stories, use cases, and BRDs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Work with Product Owners and architects to identify required changes and define implementation stories.
• Develop logical and innovative solutions for complex technical requirements.
• Optimize automation across design, development, and operational processes.
• Work with Agile leads to maintain an efficient flow of change activities and backlog items.
