About the Role

We are seeking an SCCM/Intune Lead to own and lead Endpoint Management Managed Services across Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments. The role combines technical leadership, service delivery, people management, endpoint engineering, and customer-facing governance. The candidate will drive stable operations, predictable change delivery, security and compliance improvements, and modernization across managed client environments.

Job Description

The role covers end-to-end endpoint management across Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, co-managed, and hybrid environments. Key areas include application deployment, Windows servicing, compliance, configuration profiles, remediation, patch governance, packaging, reporting, Autopilot, and endpoint health.

The lead will manage service performance through SLA/KPI governance, CAB, major incident and problem management, RCA, PIR, QBR, and continuous improvement. The role also requires coordination with network, security, identity, application owners, customer stakeholders, and L1 service desk teams.

The position combines technical and people leadership, including team coaching, capacity planning, engineering standards, knowledge management, automation, and delivery of tower-level initiatives such as Windows feature updates, security baseline rollouts, and tool modernization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Intune and SCCM/MECM endpoint management services across client environments.
  • Manage Intune enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, scripts, remediation, application deployment, and reporting.
  • Oversee SCCM/MECM application packaging, collections, client health, SUP/WSUS, maintenance windows, and deployments.
  • Drive Windows monthly patching, feature updates, deployment strategy, and patch governance.
  • Lead co-management governance, workload strategy, and phased migration plans.
  • Manage tower-level initiatives including Windows feature updates, security baseline rollouts, and tool modernization.
  • Own SLA/KPI governance, CAB submissions, change management, major incidents, RCA, and service reviews.
  • Lead and coach L2/L3 endpoint engineering teams while coordinating with L1 service desk teams.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards for packaging, detection logic, testing, naming conventions, and checklists.
  • Build runbooks, troubleshooting guides, engineering SOPs, and automation/self-healing solutions.
  • Maintain RAID logs, dependencies, rollout plans, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement backlogs.
