Job Title: Remote Dental Biller

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Dental Biller to support a dental practice based in the United States. The ideal candidate will assist with dental billing tasks, including insurance verification, claim submissions, and following up on outstanding claims while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies
• Post payments an d reconcile accounts
• Review and manage aging reports
• Maintain accurate patient billing records in the system
• Provide general administrative support related to billing as needed

Compensation & Payment:

• Rate: $5/hour for the first 3 months, increasing to $6/hour thereafter
• Payment Method: Wise
• Payment Cycle: Biweekly

Requirements:

• Previous dental billing experience preferred
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Experience with dental EMR systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix, etc.
• Familiarity with insurance claims, EOBs, and aging reports
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time hours
