Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: Up to $29/hr *based on experience*
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years maintenance mechanic experience.
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
Multi-craft experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)

Summary:
Searching for a multi-craft (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic) Maintenance Technician experienced in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and components.

Responsibilities

-Maintain industrial automation machinery and robotics
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical systems,
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair components of industrial machinery and equipment
-Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up,
-Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
-Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors
-Connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances
-Maintain As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) standards to achieve ZERO HARM
-Use your technical expertise to ensure the equipment is functioning properly
-Flexibility to shift schedules
-Read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
-Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controls
-Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity
-Troubleshoot components and diagnose system failures
-Other mechanical duties as assigned

-Energetic, success driven, and has deep technical expertise
-Exemplary mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Must live in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL
-Able to perform tasks independently
-Basic knowledge of electrical components and concepts
