Position: Quality Manager
Location: Champagne, IL
Salary: Up to $110 - 130k plus annual bonus
Requirements: 5+ years as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing setting, metals experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiating/sustaining ISO and/or AS certifications.

• Developing/documenting quality procedures

• Investigate and address customer concerns and issues to resolve and minimize
  complications.

• Analyze and interpret statistical information and product specifications to establish benchmarks.

• Set appropriate expectations for quality and reliability of end products within the organization.

• Act as the designated representative for certification programs related to quality management.

• Develop, document, and uphold standards and objectives for maintaining quality.

• Coordinate regular audits to assess adherence to the company's quality objectives.

• Establish and document criteria and procedures for inspection.

• Lead the process of management review, internal and external audits, and requests for corrective actions.

• Apply various tools and methodologies for total quality management to analytical and reporting processes.

• Create, implement, and manage training programs focused on quality.

• Provide expert technical and statistical guidance to various departments.

• Ensure effective communication and implementation of all quality requirements throughout the organization.
