Associate Product Manager

Visily is an AI-powered UI design software started from KMS Labs, the startup incubation arm of KMS Technology. Our team consists of technology entrepreneurs who have built successful product companies from scratch:

• QASymphony - test management platform, merged with Tricentis, valued at $2B
• Kobiton - mobile testing platform, raised $34M with over 60K customers
• Katalon - test automation platform, raised $27M with over 1M users

Responsibilities

Join Visily to build a cutting-edge UI design software product (think of Sketch or Figma, but... different).We are early but have an incredibly bold vision. Were looking for an Associate Product Manager to help take the product to the next level.

• Own the feature delivery from initial research, brainstorming to final delivery; work closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts throughout this cycle
  
• Drive growth in key product metrics, including team adoption, retention, and revenue, by working with relevant stakeholders to set up, monitor, and analyze data
• Regularly engage with users, perform solution validation, and collect insights to make informed decisions
• Perform market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with customer support and marketing on initiatives to bridge the gap between Visily and its target customers

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in relevant product roles
• Bold, creative, and aggressive thinker: we're constantly pushing boundaries at Visily and we need you to be a boundary pusher
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills, as our user base is global
• Deep user empathy, interest in engaging with users and solving their problems
• [Nice to have] Knowledge of UI UX design and familiarity with relevant tools in the market
• [Nice to have] Strong interest in AI and how it can supercharge productivity
• [Nice to have] Experience working in a fast-paced startup with highly collaborative nature
