Opportunity: 

A new opportunity has been created for a Senior Project Engineer due to a major multi-billion dollar project win in Brisbane South as part of a winning JV. 

Role in brief: 

Leading a multidisciplinary team of competent and upcoming engineering start, you will utilise your SPE skills acquired on significant projects with a major contractor to

• Managing and monitoring the completion of the project to ensure programme, budget, quality, environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely, taking prompt corrective action where required
• Reviewing design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements and job safety analysis
• Effectively assigning tasks to project team members to deliver the necessary outputs to agreed specifications.
• Monitoring KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget, as well as undertaking other administrative duties as required
• Mentoring Project, Site and Graduate Engineers

To be successful: 

You will be a degree-qualified Senior Project Engineer with a background in building construction and rail infrastructure to deliver multiple projects for Queensland Rail. QLD rail/civil/building construction experience is high-regarded; however, relocation from interstate can also be accommodated.
