Client is seeking an experienced estimator who is upbeat, personable, a take-charge individual with excellent communication skills for our growing Collision Center Team. This driven individual will be responsible for producing automotive collision repair estimates, generating parts orders, and providing unbeatable customer service.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000

3 years of experience minimum


RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicles
  • Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Ellsworth Autobody Guidelines
  • Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience
  • Maintains communication with the customers providing updates on the repair process
  • Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
  • Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • The employee is frequently required to stand, sit and walk occasionally for long periods of time


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a collision repair estimator
  • CCC one proficiency
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Successful completion of background check required
  • The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a collision repair estimator
  • CCC ONE proficiency is a must
  • I-CAR and/or ASE Certification a plus
