About Virtual Champs Global

At Virtual Champs Global (VCG), we are growing our team and currently working on an exciting new construction project. We are looking for a dedicated In-House Civil Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in project implementation, site supervision, materials management, and quality control.

This opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate or newly licensed/board passer who is eager to build practical experience and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with the site foreman and supervisor.
• Assist with construction planning and project activities.
• Canvass and purchase construction materials.
• Check the quality and quantity of materials delivered.
• Assist with basic construction estimates and measurements.
• Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays.
• Ensure work follows project plans and construction standards.
• Maintain basic project and site documentation.
• Perform other construction-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferred: Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed/board passers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, estimating, and local purchasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working primarily outdoors and on the project site.
• Proactive, honest, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the project team.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as project requirements evolve.
