Software Developer (EMR / Healthcare Systems)

Schedule: Part-Time 4hrs/daily (20 hours/week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven Software Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will help build and expand a complete Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for doctors and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in healthcare/medical software development, strong proficiency with Visual Studio, and active experience leveraging AI coding assistants like Claude to accelerate workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining core features for an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform tailored for medical practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Visual Studio.
• Utilize AI tools—specifically Claude—for code generation, debugging, and rapid problem-solving.
• Work independently and deliver quality solutions on a flexible, part-time schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with Visual Studio and modern full-stack development.
• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience developing, integrating, or maintaining EMR/EHR platforms or medical/doctor's software.
• AI Tooling: Demonstrated experience using Claude to assist with coding, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Work Style: Strong initiative, comfortable working independently, and highly adaptable.
