Virtual Assistant (Go High Level Expert) Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with expertise in Go High Level (GHL) to support our business operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CRM management, automation, marketing campaigns, and workflow optimization within Go High Level. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone who can work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Automation Management (Go High Level)

• Set up and manage Go High Level CRM for lead and client management
• Automate workflows, pipelines, and triggers for smooth business operations
• Create and manage email, SMS, and voicemail drip campaigns
• Integrate Go High Level with other tools like Zapier, Twilio, and Stripe
• Monitor and improve automation sequences for better engagement and conversion

2. Marketing & Lead Management

• Build and manage landing pages, funnels, and forms in Go High Level
• Set up and track Facebook & Google Ads retargeting campaigns
• Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations
• Manage and update contacts, ensuring accurate segmentation and follow-up sequences

3. Administrative & Client Support

• Manage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
• Maintain and organize client records within Go High Level
• Prepare reports on CRM and marketing campaign performance
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Go High Level CRM (automation, workflows, and marketing campaigns)
• Strong knowledge of email, SMS, and social media marketing strategies
• Experience with landing page creation, lead funnels, and automation sequences
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zapier, Twilio, Stripe, and other integrations
• Knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing
• Background in customer support, sales, or virtual assistance
