Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to support various administrative tasks across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in communication, organization, and time management, and be able to seamlessly transition between both languages. This position is remote and offers a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments in both English and Spanish
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records in both languages
  • Handle general office tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and research
  • Provide customer support and client communication in both languages via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist with translation and transcribing documents between Spanish and English as needed

2. Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
  • Follow up with clients and leads to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including the preparation of bilingual materials

3. Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Help create, schedule, and manage bilingual content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Draft and translate marketing materials, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement in both languages

4. Data Management & Research

  • Conduct online research and prepare bilingual reports for clients or management
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with bilingual data
  • Assist with data entry and analysis for reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with basic customer service practices and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with translation and transcription services
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Social media management experience, including content creation in both languages
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and email automation tools
