Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain and update customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
- Provide product or service information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of offerings
- Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
