  • Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Maintain and update customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
  • Provide product or service information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of offerings
  • Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
