Virtual Sidekicks is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for our clients.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations and executive tasks, helping business leaders stay organized and efficient. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries
- Prepare and manage expense reports and other administrative documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders to handle inquiries and requests
- Assist with project coordination and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems proactively
