Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media content strategies tailored to client goals
- Create and schedule posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community engagement
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies relevant
- (Preferred) Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to enhance visibility and conversions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
