Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Implement, monitor, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Prepare detailed performance reports, including KPIs and project status updates, for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with client teams to align operations with strategic goals and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or operations, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with performance tracking and continuous process improvement
