Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, including KPIs and project status updates, for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with client teams to align operations with strategic goals and ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or operations, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and continuous process improvement
