Feed Bale Pulper with pulp at the correct recipe which includes specific daily activities. Continuously supports Sofidels Employee Personal Practice Policy.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Supports Sofidel Americas Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.2. Verifies the correct furnish to run.3. Prepares each roll and or bale needed for each batch dropped.4. Operates Guillotine.5. Operates wire chopper.6. Checks the level of each chest and the Bale pulper to add the correct batch as needed.7. Maintains forklifta. Filling with propaneb. Blowing down radiator8. Load the bale pulper with recycled paper (Broke)9. Housekeeping of immediate and surrounding work areasa. Clean warehouse, DAF and BasementOTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:1. Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.2. Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.3. Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.4. Perform other related duties as assigned.5. Gain certification on scissor, and/ or boom lifts for the purpose of cleaning the upper areas of the warehouse.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
