POSITION : ON CALL APPOINTMENT SETTER - WE ARE LOOKING FOR 75 TO 80 AGENTS

HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT ; THIS IS ONLY FOR PART-TIMER/FREELANCER APPLICANTS

There will be a self-paced training under the supervision of our Operations Supervisor, whoever will pass the training will be included in the Final Roster. Then there will be a final paid training before starting the project
The project starts on October 10, 2022 until March 2023.

Requirements:
Work Experience in a BPO for one year or more
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
