Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal.

About this role

Build and take technical ownership of a scalable headless platform based on Azure. The role combines cloud platform architecture, DevOps, and platform operations to ensure the platform is secure, stable, automated, and independent from existing enterprise systems. The role works closely with Enterprise Architecture and the Solution Architect of the platform. This role is initially a 50% engagement (20 hours weekly) for 2 months, with possible extension. 

Responsibilities

- Build and take technical ownership of the Azure-based headless platform
- Define the platform and infrastructure architecture
- Ensure scalability, stability, and operational readiness
- Build and support CI/CD and deployment processes
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes
- Define and implement the security architecture
- Integrate authentication and identity solutions
- Build centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting concepts
- Define backup and recovery strategies
- Support incident and problem management
- Organization & Collaboration

Requirements

- Azure cloud architecture (+Platform operations & DevOps understanding)
- Container & platform technologies (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS)
- Platform and infrastructure design
- CI/CD & automation (pipelines, infrastructure as code)
- Deployment & release management (deployment strategies, rollbacks)
- Security & identity management (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, security-by-design)
- Networking & platform security (firewalls, routing, access concepts)
- Monitoring & logging (observability, alerting)
