Medical Scribe (Live)

TASKS:

• Participate in provider consultations and perform effective Live Scribing.

• Ensure accurate and detailed notes, including proper procedure and medical codes.

• Handle calls and emails during non-Live Scribing duties to provide support.

REQUIREMENT:

• English fluency (both written and spoken)
  
• At least 2 years of prior experience working as a Medical Scribe.
• Fast typing skills at least 50WPM
• Accurate note-taking during live doctor consultations
• Familiar with medical terminologies
• Willingness to assist teammates during off-duty hours
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• HIPAA Compliance/Training/Certification
• Full-time availability during the Graveyard Shift (40 hours per week)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, even with challenging patients/providers
• Tech-savvy
• Adequate home office setup
