Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-time)
Location: On-site – Buena Park, CA
Pay Rate: $28 – $29/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be flexible for all shifts)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Adjuster to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing machinery used in production to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Candidates must be open to working all shifts, as schedules may rotate based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain machines used in production operations.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance including greasing, oiling, and inspecting machine components.
• Ensure machines are operating at optimal speeds and efficiency levels.
• Inspect equipment and replace worn or defective parts as needed.
• Support production with roll changes and machine adjustments.
• Provide guidance to operators during machine downtime or troubleshooting.
• Assist in training employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Ensure finished products meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or shift leads.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices (greasing, oiling, inspections).
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams.
