What Youll Do
As a Sales Representative, youll play a key role in driving our agencys growth by:
Identifying and prospecting potential clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking, etc.)
Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and pain points
Presenting our recruitment services and customized solutions persuasively
Closing new accounts and building long-term client relationships
Hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Working closely with the delivery and client success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Keeping records updated in our CRM and providing regular sales reports
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a big plus)
Are a natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills
Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Have a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Know how to manage your pipeline and love closing deals
