What Youll Do
As a Sales Representative, youll play a key role in driving our agencys growth by:

  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking, etc.)

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and pain points

  • Presenting our recruitment services and customized solutions persuasively

  • Closing new accounts and building long-term client relationships

  • Hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Working closely with the delivery and client success teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Keeping records updated in our CRM and providing regular sales reports

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a big plus)

  • Are a natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Have a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment

  • Know how to manage your pipeline and love closing deals
