The Role: Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping core product and engineering decisions. Youll work closely with leadership and contribute directly to solving complex technical and product challenges, including:

• Optimizing the ranking and relevance of search results

• Expanding search capabilities through new filters and data sources

• Improving early user experience and product onboarding

• Designing and delivering end-to-end product features, many powered by LLMs

Recent projects include fine-tuning models to extract meaningful insights from profiles and building feedback loops to continuously improve search quality.

• Frontend: Next.js, React

• Backend: Node.js

• Search: OpenSearch / Elasticsearch

• Infrastructure: AWS (including SQS), Spark

• AI/ML: LLMs and multiple inference providers

About You
