We are looking for a professional, based in Thessaloniki, with solid experience in the field, who will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00 and will join our Transport Logistics Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and optimize daily transport and delivery routes

• Plan and optimize truck routes, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries

• Coordinate daily transportation activities with carriers, transport partners and warehouse colleague

• Monitor shipments throughout transit and proactively resolve any transportation issues or delays

• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Department to support customer requirements and ensure seamless shipment execution

• Coordinate load scheduling based on customer needs, truck availability, and operational priorities

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, documentation requirements, and company procedures

• Maintain accurate transportation records and update internal systems

• Analyse transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost

Qualifications & Competencies

• Preferable degree in Logistics or Business Administration

• Previous experience of at least 2 to 4 years in a similar position is necessary

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
