We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update shipment information in the company's ERP system using shipping documents

  • Check shipment photos to make sure they match the shipping documents

  • Review product photos to ensure the products meet the required quality standards

  • Report any missing information or issues with shipments to the responsible team

  • Submit the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) to shipping lines through digital shipping platforms, carrier websites, or email.

  • Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field

  • Experience in a similar position, purchases or shipping industry

  • Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
