We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. The role is focused on building AI-powered solutions that enhance business workflows, automate internal processes, and extend the value of our data infrastructure. You will design and implement LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI tools - working closely with business teams to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and automation frameworks.

  • Build and maintain vector search pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.

  • Integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business workflows.

  • Develop APIs and backend services that expose AI functionality to other systems.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate models, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.

  • Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Python skills.

  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

  • Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.).

  • Experience with APIs and version control (Git).

  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with document processing or OCR systems.

  • Familiarity with React / TypeScript / Next.js for building internal AI tools.

  • Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools.

  • Knowledge of relational databases and basic data querying (SQL).
