We are looking for a Purchasing/Logistics associate with 2 years of experience in sea transportation or supply chain operations

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sea transportation operations, including the scheduling and tracking of shipments

  • Monitor sea freight schedules and ensure shipments arrive on time, while handling any disruptions or delays

  • Collaborate with other teams internally for smooth documentation and customs clearance processes for all sea shipments

  • Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues, including port congestion, vessel delays, or unforeseen disruptions in the supply chain


Qualifications & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of maritime logistics, port operations, and sea freight management

  • At least 2 years of experience in sea transportation, logistics, or supply chain management

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience with port and customs documentation related to sea transportation

  • Strong focus on accountability - ability to manage tasks and take full responsibility for the successful and timely completion of each logistical step

  • Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected issues and maintain operational flow

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
