We are looking for a Purchasing/Logistics associate with 2 years of experience in sea transportation or supply chain operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sea transportation operations, including the scheduling and tracking of shipments
Monitor sea freight schedules and ensure shipments arrive on time, while handling any disruptions or delays
Collaborate with other teams internally for smooth documentation and customs clearance processes for all sea shipments
Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues, including port congestion, vessel delays, or unforeseen disruptions in the supply chain
Qualifications & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of maritime logistics, port operations, and sea freight management
At least 2 years of experience in sea transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
Fluency in English
Experience with port and customs documentation related to sea transportation
Strong focus on accountability - ability to manage tasks and take full responsibility for the successful and timely completion of each logistical step
Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected issues and maintain operational flow
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
