We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management (photos, documents, data)

  • Handling clearance procedures for effective transportation of goods

  • Communication with logistics partner to ensure proper management of orders

  • Communication with suppliers regarding necessary documentation

  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field

  • Two years of experience in office setting

  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
