Working alongside experienced Estimators and the wider pre-construction team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the tendering process. From reviewing drawings and measuring quantities to obtaining supplier quotations, preparing cost estimates and supporting tender submissions, you'll play an integral role in securing new projects while developing the commercial skills needed to become a successful Estimator.

Responsibilities;

  • Work in a team
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Sending out enquiries to sub-contractors for pricing
  • Engage with other departments alongside role progression
  • Drawing take offs (using Bluebeam)
  • Inputting data on excel
  • Compile BOQ with take-offs for the estimator to price

Min Requirements;

  • Competent in the use of Excell
  • A level or BTEC level 3
  • Driving licence (own reliable transport to work)
  • Good communication skills
