Design Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their expanding team. The successful applicants will have a proven track record within the construction industry. This would be to lead the design of projects, manage the design process, work closely with designers and clients design teams to manage the process.

The successful applicant will be required to:

Have knowledge and experience of façade design management.

Work closely with clients and lead the design process with clients and site teams.

Produce design programmes and monitor these.

Knowledge in both 2D and 3D modelling would be advantageous.

Have good communication skills and professionalism.

Be able to work as part of a team and individually.

Have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to sites occasionally.
