Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Contracts: Overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.
  • Project Delivery: Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, and building strong relationships.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring all sites adhere to relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding and managing budgets, costs, and project profitability.
  • Planning and Programming: Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in groundworks and civil works for national house builders and other projects.
  • Strong man management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of construction contracts and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • A commitment to health and safety.
