As part of an experienced and collaborative pre-construction team, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new projects by producing accurate, commercially competitive tenders across a diverse portfolio of residential groundworks and infrastructure schemes. You'll work closely with operational and commercial teams, influencing projects from the earliest stages and contributing directly to the company's continued success.

Estimator

Responsibilities;

• Work in a team
• Work to tight deadlines
• Sending out enquiries to sub-contractors for pricing
• Assessing drawings and specific details to price
• Engaging with clients commercial and technical teams
• Engaging with all company departments but specifically Commercial, Construction & Engineering teams
• Drawing take offs (using Bluebeam)
• Inputting data on excel
• Pricing BOQs in excel for submitting
• Producing material schedules from BOQ's

Min Requirements;

• Competent in the use of Excel
• Min 3 years' experience in groundworks estimating
• Driving licence (own reliable transport to work)
• Good communication skills
