Position: QA, QC Manager

Employment Status: Direct Client Contract

Office Location: Banchang, Rayong

Job Summary

  • Responsible for planning, controlling quality assurance system. Checking the quality standard and managing quality system of product include material. And controlling all machines and equipment for inspection to ensure that the product is meet the requirement and quality standard

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Review and planning controlling the quality assurance process
  • Setting the standard of product quality inspection
  • Approval of the raw material is required (Accept or Reject)
  • Review and Planning for raw material inspection

Raw Material

Review material specification of raw material

Coordinating with supplier or manufacturer to solving the problems of raw material

Processing of product

  • Approval Inspection and Test Plan of product
  • Approval all Inspection procedure such as Inspection and test for Fabrication procedure, Inspection and test for Installation procedure, Pressure Test Procedure and etc.
  • Monitoring, controlling and following up inspection during processing of product
  • Coordinating with other department to solving the problems of product

Product prior to handover to client

  • Monitoring, Controlling and Following up the product prior to handed over to client
  • Controlling the standard of product
  • Provide an advice or conclusion to client for quality problem
  • Approve the report of quality of product prior handed over to client
  • Approve Inspection report

Measurements Equipment

  • Planning for provide of Measurements Equipment
  • Planning for training of Measurements Equipment

Other

  • Advice to subordinate
  • Personnel training and development for subordinates
  • Assignment and follow up
  • Evaluate subordinates performance
  • Analyze and Approve Report, included investigate if necessary
  • Reviewed and approval manpower plan
  • Reviewed and approval tools and equipment plan
  • Approval for withdraw tool/ equipment and manpower mobilization of department
  • Monitor, analyze and approve work procedure and work instruction, revised if necessary
  • Training to subordinates and provide advice for decision making to solve the problems
  • Keep good relationship with clients
  • Participate and take responsible for pre-qualification of client or new list
  • Setting department annual Key Performance Indicators and monitor
  • Checking the document in accordance with ISO 9001and TIS/OHSAS 18001 system
  • Responsible and Act according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS
