Sales Executive - PDPA service

 Job Description:

The identification and development of new business opportunities, management of business development activity at Thailand and regional level and full responsibility for ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identifies prospective leads, new project and/or business growth opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of clients business, industry, trends, and current situations.
  • Support team to develop strong relationships with new and existing client end-users by understanding their business needs; and by facilitating connections between key decision makers and business development team.
  • Support team on bidding, pricing, and submitting proposals for new clients/projects.

Account Management

  • Support team to oversee clients accounts. Ensure to receive first-hand client feedback and applies information to improve service.
  • Support team to manage operation of the projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and partners, ensure service delivered as targeted.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 0-1 year of experience as a business development, account management or related roles.
  • Business Development & Planning/ Key Account Management
  • Logical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Good Command of English and Thai with negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent Call etiquette
  • Proactive and assertive
  • Accountable and strong commitment
