Job Summary

The APAC Head of Sales will lead the regional sales strategy for Data Center and Industrial Solutions across Asia-Pacific. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships while managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data center infrastructure and industrial solutions, combined with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement APAC sales strategies aligned with global objectives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets within APAC to drive growth.
  • Sales Management: Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners; manage escalations and negotiations.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in industrial solutions, data center infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with data center technologies, power systems, cooling solutions, and industrial automation.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in APAC markets.
  • Experience managing multi-country teams and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across APAC.
