Position: Sales Manager (Thailand Market)

Industry: Agrochemical Industry

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday)

Location: Bangkok

Starting Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in Thailand's agrochemical market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and penetrate new distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer's needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing sales organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of Sales experience in Thailand's Agrochemical Industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or sales management role within the agrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Thailand's agricultural landscape, including distribution channels and the agrochemical value chain.
  • Established network and strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
