Marketing Manager
Our client is one of Thailand's leading retail gas station operators and is now seeking a high‑caliber Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth and lead the full marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end‑to‑end marketing function, including operations and team leadership, to support business growth across all sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee all marketing management aspects: strategy development, brand and product positioning, digital marketing, customer communications, media management, and campaign execution.
- Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment with internal teams and key stakeholders for seamless program execution.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, making strategic, data‑driven investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years marketing experience with proven achievements; retail/commercial sales or business development experience is a plus.
- Strong managerial background with hands‑on team supervision.
- Solid marketing expertise and business acumen with the ability to drive sales through strategic marketing.
- Proficient in digitalization, media channels, and viral marketing to generate strong ROI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and inspire execution.
- Strong planning, negotiation, problem‑solving, decision-making skills, and understanding of financial/P&L management.
- Excellent communication in Thai & English, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented with a growth mindset.
