Our client is a real estate and property development company based in Pattaya, Chonburi.

Position: General Manager – GM (Real Estate / Property Development)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week l Monday - Friday

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations, drive business growth, and oversee major real estate development projects. This role will manage strategy, financial performance, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring smooth execution of property development and management activities. Strong leadership, market insight—especially in Pattaya and Chonburi—and solid real estate experience are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall business operations, ensuring efficiency across property development and management functions.
  • Drive strategic planning, business growth, and new project development initiatives.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project development—from feasibility, design, regulatory approvals, construction, to handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to identify new opportunities in Pattaya and Chonburi.
  • Ensure all properties operate at high standards in safety, customer service, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Represent the company in negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development, property management, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership or General Manager roles.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, construction lifecycle, and property operations.
  • Exceptional financial acumen—including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Experience working in the Pattaya and Chonburi real estate market is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational performance.
