Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (Industrial Fuels) is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key commercial and industrial accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing sales volume and profitability. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service, while monitoring market trends to support strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of commercial and industrial fuel products within assigned key accounts and sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive sales performance, including volume, revenue, and profitability, through effective account management strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to track performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fuels sales, industrial sales, or relevant B2B sectors.
- Proven track record in key account management and business development.
- Strong experience working with industrial clients (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, energy, or heavy industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven with a strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle required.
