 Job Description:

Our client is the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to support the Hospitality Business.

Position: Customer Service Agent (English Skills) New Graduates Are Welcome

Type of Hiring: Contract (Under Vinarco)
Location: Near BTS Thonglor, Rama 4 Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok
Working Schedule: 4 Days/Week, 12 Hours/Day (Shift Work)

Start Date: ASAP

 Responsibilities:
  • Accurately manage and update appointment logs in the Hospital Information System based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and relevant departments to collect and verify necessary information.
  • Respond to customer emails with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers via email.
  • Contribute feedback and suggestions to support team engagement and continuous improvement within the department.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any field. New Graduates Are Welcome
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospital services or business support roles.
  • Proven experience in customer communication via email and social media.
  • Background in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Strong coordination and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
