Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) Oil & Gas to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network within the oil and gas sector, and a proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's footprint in the oil and gas sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Lead sales and tendering processes, including contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
