Position: Sales Channel Manager - Hypermarket

Location: Bangkok

Drive sales and optimize performance within assigned hypermarket channels (Robinson or Big C & Lotus). Manage store operations, build partner relationships, and lead in-store teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring stores exceed targets.
  • Manage daily store performance, inventory, and customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, negotiating promotions and positioning.
  • Train and motivate store managers and sales teams.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective product mix and visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in retail sales, operations, or key account management (fashion/consumer goods).
  • Proven experience with major retail chains (Robinson, Big C, Lotus).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience with multi store retail networks.
  • Experience with multi-format retail operations.
  • Experience with mass fashion retailers.
