Position: Sales Channel Manager - Hypermarket

Drive sales and optimize performance within assigned hypermarket channels (Robinson or Big C & Lotus). Manage store operations, build partner relationships, and lead in-store teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring stores exceed targets.
- Manage daily store performance, inventory, and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, negotiating promotions and positioning.
- Train and motivate store managers and sales teams.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure effective product mix and visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in retail sales, operations, or key account management (fashion/consumer goods).
- Proven experience with major retail chains (Robinson, Big C, Lotus).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with multi store retail networks.
- Experience with multi-format retail operations.
- Experience with mass fashion retailers.
