Position: Customs Care Specialist

Contract Term: 1 Year Contract (Renewable) ** Under Vinarco

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday), 08.30 17.30

Location: Phetchaburi Road, Bangkok - Near MRT

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with customs laws, regulations, and import/export requirements.
• Verify and process customs entries, ensuring accuracy in documentation and declarations.
• Provide expert guidance on Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and validate Certificates of Origin.
• Advise stakeholders on import/export licensing requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Accurately classify goods based on tariff codes for customs clearance.
• Calculate and validate customs duties, taxes, and applicable fees with precision.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with high-risk shipments.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to customs regulations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline customs processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customs authorities, and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs Clearance, specifically in Sea/Air/Road Logistics.
• Proven ability to classify goods accurately according to customs tariff codes.
• Strong understanding of import and export regulations and procedures.
• Experience in preparing and submitting customs declarations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customs clearance software (a plus).
