Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the execution of telecom projects, including installation, maintenance, and upgrades of IBC and Node B systems.
• Site Assessment: Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing infrastructure and determine requirements for new installations or upgrades.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site conditions, project progress, and changes made to existing systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to telecom equipment and systems.
• Training: Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on best practices and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering, specifically with IBC and Node B systems.
• Proficiency in telecom design, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, RF Engineering) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
