Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the organization provides superior safety and quality rotational maintenance services at competitive prices and meets customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and growth of the company Rotating Services.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure that the company is pre-qualified and on the Approved Vendor list for all major
• Manage the team to ensure that proper succession planning, training, and development programs are created and implemented.
• Achieve financial objectives and targets as agreed for Rotating Services.
• Gather information on both the labor and the equipment needed for the bidding process.
• Oversee and/or perform maintenance and repair on numerous types of ROTATING EQUIPMENT across the facility, including Pumps, Gear Boxes, Compressors, Steam Turbines, and Expanders. This includes the rectification of defective equipment, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of equipment, and assisting in the installation and testing of machinery to complete or partially overhaul plant equipment.
• Supervise and/or carry out routine maintenance on rotating equipment, visual checks of seals for leaks, disassembles equipment, replace parts as directed, cleans equipment, replaces packing and gaskets, repairs as appropriate, checks bearings and reassembles. Ensures correct alignment and tolerances, using precision measurement instruments, such as laser alignment equipment, DTI clock gauges, micrometers, gauges, and verniers.
• Supervise and/or perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery in accordance with schedules, checklists, and equipment specifications. This includes changing oils, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters, and doing a thorough equipment overhaul. Repairs or replaces faulty parts, reassembles overhauled equipment, and performs appropriate tests.
• Establish an internal workshop and inventory the equipment/tools required for rotating equipment overhaul (pump, compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine, and so on).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary equipment in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, or Power, which includes preventive, corrective, and Shutdown Maintenance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and especially MS Projects.
• Project Management Skills.
