Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance to the Facilities Engineering Manager in detailed engineering tasks.
• Supervise piping design and engineering with diligence.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for mechanical design matters.
• Foster coordination among engineering disciplines and teams.
• Manage and oversee meticulous drawings and designs.
• Conduct and validate engineering calculations and drawings.
• Review vendor data conscientiously and approve bid summaries accordingly.
• Provide considerate Cost, Time, and Resource estimates.
• Thoughtfully plan and manage manpower resources.
• Lead project engineering execution with proficiency and care.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery with attention to detail.
• Identify and address project risks and opportunities in a proactive manner.
• Manage engineering change processes judiciously.
• Foster teamwork and prioritize client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients through regular and respectful meetings.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly/monthly progress reports with clarity.
• Issue specifications and material take-offs attentively.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure meticulous technical compliance.
• Apply stringent QC and QA measures to procured materials.
• Resolve PRNCAs diplomatically and offer technical assistance graciously.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on fabrication, EPC, and facilities engineering.
• Proven experience in detailed engineering and design
• Experience in managing engineering projects from conception to completion, including project procurement, project management, and construction/offshore services.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering in the oil and gas sector.
• Proficient in Thai and English with good written, spoken.
