Job Responsibilities:

• Interprets specific business requirement to IT solution especially in manufacturing industry, retail industry and heavy industry
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Manages IT team with various skillsets from plan (Vision, Mission) to execution
• Manages IT department from infrastructure, data, information, knowledge to company business application
• Develops IT team to achieve companys business goal to ensure required skillsets are well maintained in organization
• Works with other departments to align technology to support high business growth
• Manages end to end IT projects to achieve companys business objective and maximize profit on IT business investment
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
• Prepare business continuity plan to ensure highest business availability
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective action
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards including maintain highest SLA and provide summary to management
• Develop and maintain IT security policy to align with business requirement
• Hands-on experiences in MS Windows Server, VM Ware, MS Exchange, and Oracle EBS
• Prove experiences in ITILs and other IT standards
