Sales Manager (Wastwater Treatment)

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and establishing connections with new customers.
  • Drive and achieve sales and profitability goals set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the reporting manager and legal department to negotiate tender and contract terms that satisfy both client and company needs.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Client Visits: Travel within Thailand to meet with existing and potential clients.
  • Set monthly sales targets for the sales team and ensure their achievement.
  • Planned and executed marketing strategies to meet sales volume targets and assessed their effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and other critical data to inform business decisions.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to build brand preference and drive sales volumes.
  • Identify business opportunities, conceptualize, and launch new products.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Identify new markets and capitalize on profitable business opportunities.
  • Managed customer accounts payable, ensured timely collections, and addressed customer queries with appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their budgets, drivers, and market demands.
  • Adhere to safety and quality procedures in all operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or environmental engineering.
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes for both process water and wastewater.
  • Skilled in preparing and managing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in document and presentation software.
  • Familiarity with key markets relevant to the role.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey ideas and persuade others.
  • Passionate about learning and supporting the team to succeed.
  • Well-connected with customers, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Team-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
